Who we are
Tracktuned makes wireless tools for motorsport, designed and built in the United Kingdom. These terms cover purchases of Tracktuned hardware (Link and Connect) made through our checkout at tracktuned.club. Contact: [email protected].
Ordering & preorders
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the product and its standard accessories as described on the product page. Payment is taken at the time of order, including preorders.
Preorders: the product page shows the expected shipping window. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before your unit is dispatched, no reason needed. Email us with your order number.
Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. For orders outside the UK, any import duties or local taxes are your responsibility.
Changed your mind? 14-day returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, no reason needed. Tell us within those 14 days, then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is on you unless the item is faulty. The item should come back in the condition you received it; a reasonable inspection is fine, a season of racing is not.
Faulty goods: your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we repair or replace; if we can't, you're entitled to a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Warranty
Tracktuned hardware carries a 12-month warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We repair or replace at our choice. The warranty doesn't cover:
- Wiring faults on installation (for example +12 V routed into a CAN line)
- Crash, impact, or water damage beyond the product's stated rating
- Modification, opening the enclosure, or third-party firmware
- Normal cosmetic wear

Intended use
Tracktuned Connect is sold for motorsport and off-road use only and is not certified for public-road vehicles. You're responsible for installing and using our products in line with the rules that apply to your vehicle and events.
Software & updates
The companion apps are free, and firmware updates are delivered over the air for the life of the product. No subscription, no cloud dependency: the hardware keeps working even if you never update it. Open-source licence notices are on the open source page.
Liability
We're liable for the product doing what we said it does. We're not liable for indirect losses (for example a missed race weekend or dyno booking) beyond what the law requires. Nothing here excludes liability where the law says it can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
