Other USB Devices (Try It Out)

Can support other USB devices, but we don't officially support them: Because Tracktuned Link creates an open, standard USB/IP tunnel over WiFi, standard FTDI, CP210x, and CH340 serial chipsets are detected and exposed to Windows as virtual COM ports.

You are welcome to plug in and test any USB tuning cable, standalone controller, or wideband interface. While we do not provide official configuration profiles or guaranteed technical support for third-party hardware outside Haltech, ECUMaster, and CANTCU, if your device communicates over standard USB serial, you can try it!

How it works

Three steps. Zero cables.

Mount next to your ECU, connect to the private WiFi, and tune like you're wired in.

01 / MOUNT & POWER

Power + Plug

Power Link from a standard 5V USB source (switched ignition). Plug your ECU or TCU USB cable directly into the Link USB-A host port. WiFi boots in ~45s.

02 / CONNECT WIFI

Join Private WiFi

Connect your Windows laptop to the private Tracktuned Link WiFi network (password: tracktuned). No internet or router required.

03 / ATTACH & TUNE

Click Use & Tune

Open the Tracktuned Link desktop app and hit Use. A virtual COM port appears in Windows. Launch your tuning software and tune normally.
